  1. Kept ready to hand over

    We organize source, documentation and deployment information as we develop.

  2. Customer-owned accounts where possible

    We prefer domains, infrastructure and external service accounts owned by you, and agree on any exceptions.

  3. Progress and decision records

    We record key decisions and changes; how and how often we share them is agreed with you.

  4. Termination covered in the contract

    We agree to state settlement, deliverables and handover scope for a stopped project in the contract.
